Chart Access places a high priority on Detailed Status reports for all APS orders. Simply log on and you will be able to monitor Real-Time status reports 24/7. Order status reports are archived and never purged from our system.  Full order history is available all orders entered under our new system.

Records Access

Chart Access provides its customers a paperless option of dealing with medical information. Hardcopy is scanned and formatted consistent with your workflow system.  The images are “ripped” directly into your system via File Transfer Protocol (FTP).  Notification of record availability is done by email

Chart Access also offers a semi-paperless document management solution with 24-hour access to data via our highly secure network.  The ordering party is informed by email that records are available.  All you need is a username and a password to access information stored on our network.  You can manage, print, forward or save the information at your discretion

Pre-Litigation Records

Chart Access now offers a low priced option for records by patient authorization.  Use our proven technology to cut the delivery time and your price by 40%!

Scanning to CD

Consider transferring you data to CD-ROM.  A single compact disc can store up to 16,000 scanned documents.
